Complete a short medical history to help better aid us in understanding your health condition.
You will have a consultation with Dr. Wood so that you can discuss your health condition. Dr. Wood will make recommendations concerning your health and answer any health related questions that you may have free of charge.
You will receive a comprehensive exam including orthopedic, neurological and spinal evaluations as well as x-rays of your full spine if determined necessary by Dr. Wood.
